(Book Review) Rich Dad Poor Dad.
Robert Kiyosaki refers to two fathers, his father is poor as he went to school, earned good grades, obtained his PhD and after various years of service, retired due to differences with Government. Second father, his friend’s father is a rich father who is a businessman. This book is based on advices given by the ‘rich’ father to the author.
Six Secrets of Rich:
1. Rich don’t work for Money.
2. Learn financial literacy.
3. Mind your own business.
4. The History of taxes and power of corporations.
5. Rich Invest Money.
6. Work to Learn – Don’t work for money.
The Rich Work For Money he says when it comes to money people are driven by the emotions of fear
not having enough money and desire to have nice things. He says if you want to be rich you need to develop financial literacy even though the difference is there in assets and liabilities. He always says that “Assets earns your money and Liabilities burns your money”.
While the poor dad says work to learn but not for money. He always says there are many skills but the main thing should be you must be master in your skills. A journalist he met wanted to became a best selling author, she had written many of the novels but nothing had happened because for becoming a bestselling author first she need to learn sales skills to become a bestselling author.
OVERCOME OBSTACLES:
Fear: Nobody likes losing money so use money carefully and spent it when it is needed.
Laziness: Be Punctual in your work that the success and money you will get.
Habit: Create a good habit especially in the area of money.
Rich Dad Poor Dad is both inspirational and thought provoking. It is inspirational in the sense that he, like most of us, started on the wrong side of the track, and made his way out. It is also thought provoking because he makes you think differently than you did before. Not thinking of different things, but the same things differently. It also teaches that to become a successful man in life you need to have a big dream and also to use a power of choice i.e. you can sit at home and watch television all the day or you could take a household course to do it depends on your choice.
Though he present what he learned in 'only' six lessons, each of these lessons might take you a while to absorb - as it did him. He does not tell you how you can become rich and financially independent, but his story inspires you to find your own way. Rich Dad Poor Dad is a must buy for everyone who seriously wants to find out how the rich think and aspires to become rich. I did not have a rich dad, but I may one day become a rich dad to my children by the principles embodied in this book.
By reading the book one thing also I get to know is the generation is changing day by day so keep learning as much as you can because what you may have worked yesterday might not work today. This book has opened my eyes and I can confidently recommend it to anyone who wants to know if the rich think differently and in what ways they do
.
The main thing which I understand was the importance of the money in the World. One thing which I liked in this book is the way in which both the dads tries to explain the boy about how the generation needs money and In which way money should be gained. Many of the examples given in the books are really very good with a lot of imagination and truth in them. The main aim of this book is to provide knowledge to the up coming generation the way about dealing with the financial elements through out the life.
After reading the book I came to know that some were the thinking of the rich dad matches with me and some times the poor days feeling relay same as my opinions. One of the coolest think about this book is that we can literally visualize the situation as per the story goes.

Need of the Generation.
Now a Days Media is one of the strongest power Worldwide. But is the media playing their role responsive? Now the trend in media have changed from Hard News to making Soft News Hard, by the mode of celebrities coverage and publicity.
Now the Media whatever it may be any medium have became commercial all the news values are not in demand as it was in the early time. As India is a country with love entertainment but still news is not a medium to provide Entertainment.
As Media covers Publicity stunts instantly and telecast it on Air because of such decision many hard stories die before they make a stand in News channel. This kind of actions leaded to have many social problems as masses believes on what Media telecast on TV so their mentality have change in such a way that they think as Celebrity News as Important News. On behalf of these so many hard news die on screen.
So here a question arise who is in fault - The Media or The Viewers.
Social problems in India.
As we all Know it is deep rooted in the Indian heritage India is certainly one of the fastest developing nations of the world. It has been more than half a century ago that the country gained independence and became a republic but sadly the freedom of thought and freedom of life is not enjoyed by all even today. However, issues like, cultural processes, socio-economic changes, etc leads to variety of problems.
Presently, poverty, gender discrimination, and unemployment are the most social evils in India that has weaken the growth factor of the society. On one end we say economy is progressing but the truth people are deprived of their basic requirements like food, water, and shelter.
Gender discrimination is also one of the problem in India that is causing an imbalance in the society. Issues like girl infanticide, exploitation, illiteracy, maternal mortality, are more as compare to others. In all phases life women are becoming the key target.
Unemployment is another issue that is pushing many people under the poverty line. With increasing price of necessary resources of life, unemployed people are unable to fetch themselves and their families.
Social Crimes in India like corruption, illiteracy etc is also making the condition worst for people living in the Indian society. All these social issues need a careful analysis to help the society in possible ways.

Which "3" will hit as a Blockblaster………?
Krrish 3 and Dhoom 3 are the two big budget movies which will be releasing this year in 2013. Though both have 3 as a common factor as it’s the third sequence of both the film its will be an enthusiastic movement to the film industry.
As the film Krrish 3 isreleasing world-wide as it’s in a Hollywood style and the role of super hero is played by Hrithik Roshan as he the the lead hero in 'Koi Mil Gaya' and 'Krrish'. It will have a grate expectation from both folm Industy and Public. As the production cost and collected cost of ‘Koi Mil Gaya ’ and ‘Krrish’ which was Koi Mil Gaya: 79.2 Crore and Krrish: 117 Crore then what will be grand turn over of Krrish 3……. ? As per the star value, historical performance and the promotions going on I predict Krrish 3 should collect more than the Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish at the Box office.
Now if we talk about Dhoom series then it was one of the thrilling and sporty movie which Bollywood have ever seen if we have a look in the History of this movie we can get to know that the investment was average and the turnover was grand. First ‘Dhoom’ then ‘Doom 2’ and now ‘Dhoom 3’ And as the graph of the Dhoom series we can see that the story line and the quality of the movie has increased. As per the History of ‘Dhoom’ the budget and the earnings are : Budget of ‘Dhoom’ collectied 72.5 Crore , While ‘Dhoom 2’ spend 35 Crore and collectied 150 crore. By this graph the expence and the collection of Dhoom 3 will be triple than its first two part.
The mega budget movie Krrish 3 and Dhoom 3 with a heavy dose of CG and star values and strong history of entertainment there will be a thunder lightning on the silver screen between — Rakesh Roshan’s Krrish 3 (starring Hrithik Roshan) and Yash Raj Films’ (YRF) Dhoom:3 (starring Aamir Khan in the lead).
Let the best entertainment win the silverscreen.
