RECOLLECTING MEMORIES....

The class got started and professor asked the class about the previous lectures sums every one answered him and further he said, lets began the class is there any of your more friend’s to come? No one answered. The lecture started the topic was about Petty cash book. Professor asked can any one explain in their words what petty cash book is? The first benchers lifted their hands but sir looked at me to answer his question. I was freeze though I was not his student but still till the time I am in his class room for him am his student. All the other students started laughing and staring at me. I stood up and re collected my memory five years back and cope up to answer his question as “petty cash book is something related to daily maintenance of accounts” though I answered I was feeling nervous and at that movement he smiled and said yes you are right, but still the students were staring at me some were smiling and some where discussing about me after all this section I felt like if am an celebrity in that class and I continued to observe the class.

Professor Mr.Iyer started explaining about the topic I detail and started solving the sun on the black board some of the studious students started writing down the sum as we use to do in our collage times and while some of the boys were playing games in their mobile phones and some girls in the corner were busy in gossiping. On the other a girl next to my bench was busy in tying her hairs and her friend was busy in applying Kajal in her eyes.

It was so funny to watch them doing all such activities. By this time mobile rang and the class was distracted from those things which they were doing. Professor asked “Whose phone was that?” There was a pin drop silence in the class room every one was looking at each others face and I was eager to know what will be the action taken against that individual five minutes was passed no one answered then the professor was very angry and declared that the portion is finished prepare for your exam now… by hearing thing a girl stood up and said “it was my phone sir actually I purchased this phone yesterday only and I don’t know how to make it silent” every one started laughing at her and when she started crying sir asked a boy to make her phone in silent mode the said “ is there any one in the whole call who a new mobile and don’t know how to use it? Then the professor declared for Ten minutes class break. Every one was busy in murmuring some or the other thing but the main topic was regarding that girl… Thank god now every one was not staring at me all got diverted from my side.

Professor continued the lecture now every one was listening to the lecture very care fully and there was a studies environment in the class. Professor gave one sum to all students and asked then to solve it in the class. All started listing and writing the sum in their book. The quest got finished and now all started trying to solve the sum. Among the class there were Twenty to Twenty-five students who were so good in accounts and they solved it’s so quickly and showed it to the professor and they started chitchatting with the sir related to the topic of accounts. And on the other hand there were students who were not knowing the basic step to solve the sum they were looking here and there to copy the answer and some of the students were not doing that also they were busy in passing comments and surfing in facebook or doing one or the other. By looking at them I remembered the same nurtured group from my batch.

Then after Twenty minutes professor called up those students who were neglecting to attempt the sum which was given he call up a group of Six students and asked them to show their sum the went to him in a fear and by the second they went there professor shouted on then because they haven’t wrote the question it self, he asked one of a guy to solve the sum on the board but that boy’s reaction it self speaks that he was not knowing what to do in that sum. Later professor asked those guys to stand near the black board till the end of the lecture.

There were so many thing going in the minds of the students about the behavior of that guys and professor some were stating that sir was right and some stated that what is their to punish they have just not attempted one sum. All the students were discussing of their own and mean while sir asked them to real all the principles of accounts in silent and declared that he will be asking question on them. Every one started reading the given work some started scribbling on the bench the answers for the question in shortcut manner, this attitude of students made me to think that how they can be such lazy that they cant summaries those simple principles of accounts. The given time got finished and sir asked every one to close the books every one was in fear about the question that were going to be asked by the sir.

Sir started calling students randomly near his chair as started asking the question… The faces of those who have written on the bench got reddish in fear and what their fear was and what I was expecting to happen was happen when sir called up a guy who scribbled on the bench he was sweating and was shaking in fear he gathered his courage and went to the sir. The question was asked and his friend circle was staring at him I don’t know how he answered that question and sir gave him a smile and he became the hero in his group.
The bell rag again and sir gave them some more sums to solve as their home work and the class was dispersed I was not feeling like going home after attending that particular section of class because that was the time when I was observing all the class and came to know how my teacher will be watching me when I was there in my accounts class.

I to came to know about the generation changes and the mindset of today’s student and the changes in the syllabus and the way of different teaching style and behaviors of students when they are caught doing some thing wrong and their attitudes towards the education and the teachers.

This was a wonderful experience which I wont forget in my life this is because this was the movement when I recollect all my past memories which I spend with my friends and teachers in my collage times and the conclusion is that I came to know that students and teachers are one thing which will be same for coming years to though the manner and the context of behavior may change but the communication and presence of feeling as a student will never let us leave alone in our whole life.
My experience was good I enjoyed my time spending in that accounts class room not because I like accounts but it gave me a feeling of student ones again. In my fast life were I am not getting time to call up my old collage and not event time to think of them this assignment gave me a great memory which will last for ever in my mind for ever.

THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF GANESH CHATURTHI.

It’s a trend of generating and playing music so loudly in any public functions or festivals. The best example to explain the cause and effect of the noise pollution is that one must attend any of the “SARVAGANIK” function in and around. The songs are played in such a loud noise that the kept idol of god will run off from there if it was alive.

It was like every year Lord Ganesha arrived and our headache started because, next to our resident there is a Mandal Rajaji Path Mitra Mandal which celebrates Ganesh Festival very loudely said by Mrs. Rane.
Mr Ramesh Thakur member of  Sangharsh Mitra Mandal stated that “The festival season in Maharashtra begins in August and goes on for next three to four month including Ganesh Utsav, Dasshera, Diwali. Several god and goddesses are appeased with appropriate Pooja’s alongside noisy celebration but the people and the resident think that its Ganesh Utsav. Now Clearly the noise will be beyond tolerable limit and incomplete violation of noise pollution norms.” Mr Ramesh Thakur also said that “I don’t understand about peoples reaction such festival comes only once in a year and they should enjoy it rather than complaining to the police.”

Rushab Mhatre a student said “Noise effects professional performance of mind because I m a person who has the problem of high blood pressure and as the sound of the music goes up I get irrigated by my nature and beyond of keeping all the doors and windows closed the level of sound don’t reduce. One think I can’t understand why such public speaker system that donot follow the norms of noise pollution are punished.
Kunal Parab said “I enjoy loud noise because it gives me a feel of festival season and I don’t think that it creates a huge disaster in environment as everyone thinks.”

Pratik Mane a member from Ram Nagar Mitra Mandal said “Our Mandal doesn’t support noise pollution because we care for our resident people. The main element which make any function popular is the people participation but nothing will be successful in peaceful manner by playing any song in loud noise which disturbs the environment.”

Ram Manohar Joshi stated that “Religious celebration for political motives and vote banking, by harassing the resident of areas now very common thing in Mumbai city. He also added I am a person who love to enjoy music played in my resident earlier times  during festival but today the music is something which can shale your heart.”

Mr. Pradeep Shinde said by supporting the harm of noise pollution that “There are many Mandals on each and every corner of the lane and all the Mandals include young peoples who organized the event related to any social festival like Ganesh Utsav, Dassera they use loudspeakers in the mask of religion and distribute the resident people. According to me any resident founds any mandal which is creating a noise pollution they should avoid providing contribution (VARGANI) to the Mandal.
Mrs Geeta Singh said our area comes under sound zone but then too during the Ganesh Utsav music played by them is very loud and we personally gone there in the pandal and requested to slow down the music and they did so, I would like to say that speak up they you will be heard.

As per the survey mostly public demand was to play the AARTI song that too in a audible low voice so that one can enjoy the festival in a calm way. As the world is developing we all are getting educated but still we are following to accept the fact what our Mother Earth and the residing people face.

God Ganesha come to visit us to provide calm and silence life and in return we play hip pitch songs. The study of WHO (World Health organization) said that due to noise pollution social behavior changes, it also effect the student performance/School. The main effect is sleeping distributions. It also leads to abnormally high blood sugar rates but all these effects of noise pollution are not known by the public as well. There should be strict law pass for controlling the noise pollution for the goodwill of maintaining the esteem of Indian Culture.

Its was an accounts lecture and I got the permission to attend the lecture as it was apart of my assignment given by my Professor as a part of our syllabus. I like accounts very much and I was feeling some thing different which is not able to express you in my words. This was because it was class 11th C, Commerce and the entire crowd was of teenagers and I was the one with beard on my face I was feeling were uncomfortable because all the students were staring at me as I was waiting foe the professor to come. Mean while a student came to me and asker “are you our new accounts professor?” and all other started behaving like am their sir, so I answered with a smile No dear am here to write a feature story on this class. The bell rang and profess came I explained him about my purpose of attending the class and he aloud  me to attend his lecture. I went to the last bench and took my place.

A STEP TOWARDS DEVELOPMENT.

India is a country which is struggling from the day which it has got freedom, but till date they are just trying to be stable. All the facts and figures of Indian history define the struggle of Indian economy, but no where we can see the needed development in India. The main element which Indian is failing to do is the proper planning and the implementation of the policies which they plan for the development of the Indian economy. The issue which will totally defeat all the economic system will be the increasing literacy rate in India. This is a critical situation which can make the Indian economy to shake in the feature.

The government of India has made too many educational policies but they have not made that much of policies for the increasing in the employment sector. According to me this is a serious issue because if the government will not take an any action then the crises of inflation in hand of unemployment will destroy India. Have any one of us thought what will be our feature after studying so hard by spending fees. The only question which arises in my mind is that can I earn at least that much amount of money which my parents have spent for my education?

Indian government has the power and the ideas but they fails when it’s time for them to make that particular plan to implement for the benefits of the public. For such situation we ourselves are also responsible in some or the other way because as we all know India is a democratic county and we are the one who has the right to choose the government, the shameful thing which I feel that our government follows is that they only state what our rights are but they never support us ever to follow the right rights of the common public.

”For the people By the people and To the people” the so called words which states the democracy are kept aside they are seen just in the printed textbooks of Civics only to cover the syllabus of the school not to cover the need of the common man.

CAST DISCRIMINATION

The cast is the word which is used to describe the complex of an individual. Cast has its own ancient hereditary system which has become more powerful in the course of time. Why so is in this Twenty first century also the cast determines whom a person can marry, what work is suitable for an individual who belongs to a specific cast and so on. In this all stupid thoughts that our Indian society is based forget is that Humanity is greater than any other social and cultural system in the whole world.

According to the cast believes cast is divided in to four stages One, the Educated.  Second, the Warriors.  Third, the Traders and Businessmen.  Fourth, the Manual labor. Is this four words decides the dignity of human being, but still everyone says that No society can escape from the cast system which is followed by the whole India.

Is the following of the ancient tradition of the cast system is the problem of our society is the basic question which arise in every individuals, but the main element by which this cast system is still alive is the ignorance of the Mobility. The word Mobility describes that it’s a movement of people in a population, as from place to place, from job to job and even from one social class to another class. This is one of the mail core element to which the people of our India is not aware of.

So as per our classifications and explanations regarding the cast system its states that the lower cast people includes farmers too then all the point which states that Brahmins are the core and the base of the Indian culture is stated as wrong because the Hindu dharma says the Anna Datha is the authority.
So it’s up on us to decide what is right the Vedas or the ethical elements of Humanity.

RELIGION AND LIBERALIZATION.

Religion provides millions of the people of the world a meaning and direction to their personal and social lives. It also gives them a sacred sense something that cannot be violated for personal gains. However when values like Justice, Equality and Human freedom are taken out of the religion, it is reduced to a bundle of lifeless rituals and lend itself to exploitation. In fact religion has after been used to legitimate exploitation. This is the reason why Karl Larx the famous philosopher said “Religion is an opium for the masses.”

History reviles that emperor are churches in the European countries. Kings and Purohits in India had exploited the poor’s for their own interests. In modern times the position of India, Arab-Israel war and Iran-Iraq war can be cited as an example if the negative and cruel role played by religion.

But the original spiritual and mental experiences at the core of any religion is liberating in nature. The essence of all religions is one end same. It can be summarized in one line selfless love and service to humanity is real reason. Religion transcends all narrow barriers and exalts human spirits  It inspires the human soul to struggle against all that causes physical mental and economical bondage.

It is really a great misfortune of human race that even in modernist scientific ago people are killing each other on grounds of different religions. This type of religious fundamentalism must end. When all the people of the world will be able to realize the real meaning of religion that is selfless love and service to other and needy then only true freedom and happiness will descend on this earth.

CHANGING TRENDS IN FASHION.

Bernard Shaw wrote in his famous Play ‘Man and Superman’ Decency is the indecency’s conspiracy in silence. In the same way ‘Fashion’is the world which cover every possible craze of a particular age in a sophisticated glamour when handsome and charming Lord Byron who walked with a limp, starts writing poetry it became a fashion all over England to walk with a slight limp.

The world Fashion is usually related to dress but it also relates to manner and way of behavior. With the fast growing consumerist culture everything which is advertised in a glamorous and charming manner which become fashion. For example the advertisements of ice creams in elegantly decorated ice-cream parlors.
During our independence struggle, it was a fashion to ware khadi and speak Hindi. The British Raj faded but the relics of its past were so fascinating that the speaking English came into vogue. But now a day, When our culture has shaken hands languages has become a fashion.

This can be implied on many aspects of social-economic life. Where does the fashion originated? It in fact originated in the minds of great economic authorities of society, who influence the society in the every possible way in the market, by producing new goods, in the field of media etc. The middle and low class people are simply hypnotized by whatever they want to feed to our body and mind.

Since Fashion keeps on changing its expands our area of wants and desire. It is not a bad thing to be influenced by any that Fashion but one should always try to find out the logic behind that fashion so that he could not became a mere victim of the consumerist culture by spending money on every possible new ‘Trend’.

FREEDOM OF PRESS.

Press is call the fourth pillar of any democratic country which mean that it’s a fourth power of a country. Even a dictator cannot neglect the power press has, since every political ideology demands propaganda and publicity which only press can provide.

Democracy demands much more than mere propaganda and information’s but also analyses them and its possible solutions. It does not remain a mouth piece of the prevailing government but a staunch supporter of people’s cause.

As a newspaper keep the people informs about the government policies and incidents taking place all over the world. So does it inform the government of people problems, desire and grievance. Thus, Press plays a dual role in the society. Having a great responsibility of fulfill, the press should have strong ideology. It must aim at truth and nothing else. False and superficial journalism, only tarnishes the image of press humors should always be avoided but unfortunately, but some of the newspaper take to yellow journalism for petty benefits. They publish Rumors, vulgar and cooked up reports just to enhance their sale. Some indulge in spreading sectarian and communal feelings. The press should always keep in mind its communal feeling and capability to fight against any social evil. Otherwise press will become just another vulgar medium to be exploited by the political authorities.

The freedom of speech in most important if it has to take active part in struggle against the evil. If press became just a tool in the hands of the government then what else can it do except propagating and harping on the government policies. Unless the press enjoys freedom, then how come it becomes the defender and supporter of the rights and liberties of the citizens.

But freedom of press can be useful only when press is fully aware of its reason ability and duties. Every freedom has its discipline and without this discipline which may be called ideology use its freedom for the interest of people and not just for monetary benefits.

CAUSES OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN INDIA.

It is pity to see a long queue of young persons, who have devoted ten to sixteen precious years of their lives to their studies standing before the Employment Exchange Office. They are unemployed and longing to get a pity job to earn their bread. It is not shocking and surprising that the year they spent in getting education proved just a sheer waste of time and made them Idle, Gossiper, Hater of physical labour and Slave of comforts.

We will not find Carpenters, Shoemakers, Tailore or even Barbers in this queue of employment searchers. This clearly insolvency of our policy makers. So if we really want to solve the unemployment problems, the education system must be made job oriented. Now, Our Country doesnot need of only clerk. She is need of a person who can serve her by their physical and mental skills.  There is urgent need of revolutionizing the whole educational system so that it can cope with the new demands of our free country.

Unemployment means that while people are willing to work, they have no work to do. The most important reason of India’s poverty and backwardness is her problem of backwardness is her problem of employment. The advancement of new technology has invented such machines, robots, and computer which can perform the work of thousand of person alone. These machine need only or two operators and thus they snatch bread from the hands. Our government should adopt the automation in such a wise way that can solve this problem.

Government should give due importance to small scale industries, cottage industries, and labour intensive industries. There industries must be given financial aid, raw materials and sales facilities by the Government. Unemployed person should be encouraged to get tanning concerning these industries.
The increasing population growth is also one of the factor which is contribution to unemployment problem.
The development of country cannot create so many job opportunities as are required. We must try to decrease population growth by propagating

family planning programme. The Peasants, Workers and other class of masses who are uneducated should be motivated to adopt family planning methods. So that growing population can get employment. This can be done by getting up agro industry in rural areas.

Is Really Cast System Is a Problem?

The cast is the word which is used to describe the complex of an individual. Cast has its own ancient hereditary system which has become more powerful in the course of time. Why so is in this Twenty first century also the cast determines whom a person can marry, what work is suitable for an individual who belongs to a specific cast and so on. (Book Review) Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Robert Kiyosaki refers to two fathers, his father is poor as he went to school, earned good grades, obtained his PhD and after various years of service, retired due to differences with Government. Second father, his friend’s father is a rich father who is a businessman. This book is based on advices given by the ‘rich’ father to the author.

Six Secrets of  Rich:
1. Rich don’t work for Money.
2. Learn financial literacy.
3. Mind your own business.
4. The History of taxes and power of corporations.
5. Rich Invest Money.
6. Work to Learn – Don’t work for money.

The Rich Work For Money he says when it comes to money people are driven by the emotions of fear
not having enough money and desire to have nice things. He says if you want to be rich you need to develop financial literacy even though the difference is there in assets and liabilities. He always says that “Assets earns your money and Liabilities burns your money”.
While the poor dad says work to learn but not for money. He always says there are many skills but the main thing should be you must be master in your skills. A journalist he met wanted to became a best selling author, she had written many of the novels but nothing had happened because for becoming a bestselling author first she need to learn sales skills to become a bestselling author.

OVERCOME OBSTACLES:

Fear: Nobody likes losing money so use money carefully and spent it when it is needed.

Laziness: Be Punctual in your work that the success and money you will get.

Habit: Create a good habit especially in the area of money.

Rich Dad Poor Dad is both inspirational and thought provoking. It is inspirational in the sense that he, like most of us, started on the wrong side of the track, and made his way out. It is also thought provoking because he makes you think differently than you did before. Not thinking of different things, but the same things differently. It also teaches that to become a successful man in life you need to have a big dream and also to use a power of choice i.e. you can sit at home and watch television all the day or you could take a household course to do it depends on your choice.

Though he present what he learned in 'only' six lessons, each of these lessons might take you a while to absorb - as it did him. He does not tell you how you can become rich and financially independent, but his story inspires you to find your own way. Rich Dad Poor Dad is a must buy for everyone who seriously wants to find out how the rich think and aspires to become rich. I did not have a rich dad, but I may one day become a rich dad to my children by the principles embodied in this book.
By reading the book one thing also I get to know is the generation is changing day by day so keep learning as much as you can because what you may have worked yesterday might not work today. This book has opened my eyes and I can confidently recommend it to anyone who wants to know if the rich think differently and in what ways they do
.
The main thing which I understand was the importance of the money in the World. One thing which I liked in this book is the way in which both the dads tries to explain the boy about how the generation needs money and In which way money should be gained. Many of the examples given in the books are really very good with a lot of imagination and truth in them. The main aim of this book is to provide knowledge to the up coming generation the way about dealing with the financial elements through out the life.
After reading the book I came to know that some were the thinking of the rich dad matches with me and some times the poor days feeling relay same as my opinions. One of the coolest think about this book is that we can literally visualize the situation as per the story goes.

Need of the Generation.

Now a Days Media is one of the strongest power Worldwide. But is the media playing their role responsive? Now the trend in media have changed from Hard News to making Soft News Hard, by the mode of celebrities coverage and publicity.

Now the Media whatever it may be any medium have became commercial all the news values are not in demand as it was in the early time. As India is a country with love entertainment but still news is not a medium to provide Entertainment.

As Media covers Publicity stunts instantly and telecast it on Air because of such decision many hard stories die before they make a stand in News channel. This kind of actions leaded to have many social problems as masses believes on what Media telecast on TV so their mentality have change in such a way that they think as Celebrity News as Important News. On behalf of these so many hard news die on screen.

So here a question arise who is in fault - The Media or The Viewers.

Social problems in India.

As we all Know it is deep rooted in the Indian heritage India is certainly one of the fastest developing nations of the world. It has been more than half a century ago that the country gained independence and became a republic but sadly the freedom of thought and freedom of life is not enjoyed by all even today. However, issues like, cultural processes, socio-economic changes, etc leads to variety of problems.

Presently, poverty, gender discrimination, and unemployment are the most social evils in India that has weaken the growth factor of the society. On one end we say economy is progressing but the truth people are deprived of their basic requirements like food, water, and shelter.

Gender discrimination is also one of the problem in India that is causing an  imbalance in the society. Issues like girl infanticide, exploitation, illiteracy, maternal mortality, are more as compare to others.  In all phases life women are becoming the key target.

Unemployment is another issue that is pushing many people under the poverty line. With increasing price of necessary resources of life, unemployed people are unable to fetch themselves and their families.

Social Crimes  in India like corruption, illiteracy etc is also making the condition worst for people living in the Indian society. All these social issues need a careful analysis to help the society in possible ways.

Which "3" will hit as a Blockblaster………?

Krrish 3 and Dhoom 3 are the two big budget movies which will be releasing this year in 2013. Though both have 3 as a common factor as it’s the third sequence of both the film its will be an enthusiastic movement to the film industry.

As the film Krrish 3 isreleasing world-wide as it’s in a Hollywood style and the role of super hero is played by Hrithik Roshan as he the the lead hero in 'Koi Mil Gaya' and 'Krrish'. It will have a grate expectation from both folm Industy and Public. As the production cost and collected cost of ‘Koi Mil Gaya ’ and ‘Krrish’ which was Koi Mil Gaya: 79.2 Crore and Krrish: 117 Crore then what will be grand turn over of Krrish 3……. ?  As per the star value, historical performance and the promotions going on I predict Krrish 3 should collect more than the Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish  at the Box office.

Now if we talk about Dhoom series then it was one of the thrilling and sporty movie which Bollywood have ever seen if we have a look in the History of this movie we can get to know that the investment was average and the turnover was grand. First ‘Dhoom’ then ‘Doom 2’ and now ‘Dhoom 3’ And as the graph of the Dhoom series we can see that the story line and the quality of the movie has increased. As per the History of ‘Dhoom’ the budget and the earnings are : Budget of  ‘Dhoom’ collectied 72.5 Crore , While ‘Dhoom 2’ spend 35 Crore and collectied 150 crore. By this graph the expence and the collection of Dhoom 3 will be triple than its first two part.

The mega budget movie Krrish 3 and Dhoom 3 with a heavy dose of CG and star values and strong history of entertainment there will be a thunder lightning on the silver screen between  — Rakesh Roshan’s Krrish 3 (starring Hrithik Roshan) and Yash Raj Films’ (YRF) Dhoom:3 (starring Aamir Khan in the lead).

Let the best entertainment win the silverscreen.
